תקנון פנימי במלון נובוטל

אורחים נכבדים,

אנו מבקשים להציע לכם שהייה/הוויה נעימה, ולכן קבענו סדרה של כללים ועקרונות ומבקשים, בכל הכבוד, לעמוד בהם במהלך שהייתכם במלון נובוטל.

תנאים כלליים
נושא תקנון זה הינו קביעת הכללים לשהייה של התיירים במסגרת המלון. התקנון חל על כל התיירים, אשר מקבלים אותו בעצם השהייה במלון וחייבים לעמוד בו ללא הגבלה וללא הסתייגויות. התקנון מוצג בלוח המודעות על ידי הקבלה, בכניסה לחדר הגשת ארוחת הבוקר, על הטלוויזית פלזמה במעלית, על הטאבלט הקטן בשולחן על יד הקבלה וניתן לגשת אליו תמיד באמצעות קוד ה-QR הנמצא על המחזיק מפתחות של המפתח לחדר שלכם.

לינה (כללים בחדרים ובמרחב הציבורי)
נודע לאורחים על הכללים הבאים והם מתחייבים לעמוד בהם :

1. לא לגרום נזק לדברים השייכים למלון, במקרה כזה הם חייבים למלון את עלות קניית הדבר הפגום כולל העבודה הנלווית – ראה את התיק בחדר עם רשימת מחירי הציוד הנמצא בחדר.
2. לא לקחת בזמן העזיבה דברים השייכים למלון.
3. לשמור על השקט בין השעות 22:00 – 08:00 כך שלא יפריעו לאורחים אחרים.
4. לא להשתמש במגבות אשר בחדר אלא רק לניגוב הגוף. אסור להשתמש במגבות לצביעת שיער, הורדת איפור או ניקוי הנעליים. אסור להשתמש במגבות מחוץ לחדר, בהפרת כללים אלו ישולם מחיר עלותן (10 יורו/יחידה).
5. אין להשאיר ילדים ללא פיקוח בשטח המלון.
6. אין לזרוק בשרותים דברים היכולים לגרום נזק למערכת הביוב.
7. יש להודיע מייד על כל תקלה במכשור, התקנים או מערכת ריהוט של המלון.
8. אסור : להכין אוכל ולאכול בחדרים. אסורה הכנסה לחדר של צרכנים חשמליים כגון : מיקרוגל, רדיאטורים, חממים וכו'.
9. אסור להביא למלון/מסעדה אוכל או שתייה מחוץ למלון, ללא הסכמה מראש מצידה של ההנהלה.
10. אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לסרב להלין, לשרת במסעדה ולאסור את הגישה לבריכות ללקוחות הנמצאים במצב של שכרות, לא מנומסים או מופרעים, אשר צרכו סמים, חומרים אסורים או אשר גורמים להזיות, אשר בהתנהגותם גורמים נזק למוניטין של המלון או מפריעים ללקוחות אחרים.
11. אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לפנות מהמלון או מהמסעדה לקוחות במצב של שכרות, אשר צרכו סמים, חומרים אסורים או אשר גורמים להזיות, לא מנומסים או מופרעים. בהתחשב בנ"ל, אנו שומרים לעצמנו את נזכות לבחור את הלקוחות שלנו.

העישון
העישון המסורתי או סיגריה אלקטרונית אסורים במסגרת המלון, על פי החוק הקיים (חוק 349/2002 עם שינויים והשלמות באמצעות חוק 15/2016). למלון יש שטחים חיצוניים מוסדרים עבור המעשנים. למלון נובוטל חדרים רק עבור הלא מעשנים. במקרה של הפרת הכללים של תקנון זה, יוטל קנס בערך של 500 ליי/יום, עבור השרותים של ניקוי החדר וכמו כן חוסר האפשרות להלין בהמשך בחדר, סכום אשר יחוייב ישירות מכרטיס האשראי של האורח.
למלון יש מערכות, התקנים ומכשור לאיתות והזעקה, מיועדים לגילוי והזעקה במקרה של עישון בכל חדר במלון. אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לפנות בכח מהמלון או מהמסעדה לקוחות אשר הפרו דרישה זו לגבי העישון.

שמירת חפצים אישיים
מלון נובוטל מצוייד במערכות אלקטרוניות מאושרות לניטור הגישה לחדרים ופתיחת הכספות. אנו ממליצים להשתמש בכספות הנמצאות בחדרים על מנת לאחסן דברי ערך. אנו לא אחראים על דברים אשר נשכחו, אבדו או נגנבו לכאורה בתוך שטח המלון.

סכסוכים ותביעות
אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לחייב את כרטיס האשראי של האורחים שלנו, ללא תלות ברצונם, במקרים כדלקמן :

• עזבו את המלון מבלי לשלם על שרותיו של מלון נובוטל ;
• גרמו לפגמים או הריסות ;
• עזבו עם דברים לא שלהם ואשר תמורתם לא שולמה בקבלה ;
• הפרו את החובה לגבי העישון במסגרת המלון ;
• לא ביטלו את ההזמנה במועד אשר נקבע.

עבור כל פגיעה ברכוש או גרימת נזק לרכוש או הפרת הכללים של ניקיון ושקט יינקטו צעדים בהתאם וישולמו הסכומים הנדרשים לתיקון הנזקים.

הלקוחות האשמים בכך יישאו בתמורה בעד אותם נזקים או פגיעות ברכוש השייך למלון נובוטל.

התנהגות לא ראויה
הלקוחות חייבים להתנהג על פי המקובל במלונות. הם חייבים לשמור על השקט במלון, מסעדה ובריכה, לעמוד בכללים של חיים חברתיים ובאורח חיים מוסרי. כמו כן, לקוח של מלון נובוטל חייב לשמור על הרכוש אשר נמסר לו במהלך שהייתו במלון.

כל הפרה של המקובל במלונות או של הכללים המוסריים או חברתיים מקנה זכות להנהלת המלון להפסיק מייד את החוזה/לינה, ללא שום הודעה מוקדמת.

לכל אורח עומדת האפשרות, בעת קבלת כל שרות המוצע על ידי המלון, לקבל מידע וכך לדעת לגבי התנאיים בתקנון הנ"ל ולקבל אותו כמובן מאליו.
